It's time for another challenge! Find ANY stable wall surface and make this part of your workout regime in the month of June. These can be done anywhere: home, the park or work!

Wall sits are a great way to strengthen your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes! We progressed the time spent each day and then add in some upper body as your strength builds. If you have already been working on your wall sit prowess, simply double the amount of time from the start...You game??
