Fall Trail Mix from Our Nutrition Partner: New Chapter


Recipe time! This Fall Trail Mix was inspired both by the season and by some of New Chapter’s beloved ingredients, from Pumpkin Seeds to Flame Raisins.


  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Flax Seeds
  • ½ Cup Flame Raisins
  • ½ Cup Dried Blueberries
  • 3 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 3 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spread ingredients out on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
