We totally get that you cannot always afford or even find all organic produce. So here are some tips to make your clean eating cleaner...
1) Wash your produce in a fruit and vegetable wash like Eat Cleaner. It's not just about the pesticides. There have been several listeria outbreaks on apples recently causing people to be hospitalized. Many of the illnesses were pregnancy related and one resulted in miscarriage.
