Motivating Mom Monday
This is basically two blogs in one today. Mondays are going to be dedicated to our Motivating Mom podcast. However, many of you are contacting me saying that you have no idea how to listen to a podcast. You're busy and don't have time to figure it out. I so get it! So here is a quick run down. Trust me here; besides listening to our podcast, we will change your world with podcast listening. It is sooooo easy!
A podcast is basically a show that you can listen to through the internet. You can listen any time you want. You can stream the podcast at the website. For instance, you can listen direct at www.fit4mom.com/podcast. But, my favorite way is through itunes. If you have an iphone, just get the free podcast app. If you have a newer phone, it may already be there! This will take 5 minutes tops!
1 - Go to itunes. If you just want our podcast, go right to step 2.
2 - Search Motivating Mom
3 - Click on the podcast cover to open.
4 - Click "subscribe" under the podcast cover.
5 - Download the past episodes.
6 - This is extra credit but so very appreciated. Please rate us and even write a comment on itunes! If FIT4MOM has ever been good to you, we thank you for doing this for us!
That's it. Your podcast should be on your phone, ready to listen to whenever you have a spare minute!
