Parents, do you know that you hold the key to health and wellness in your family? At FIT4MOM, we live and breathe the very important message of moms taking care of themselves. We know that when a mom is happy and healthy, those around her tend to be, as well. Spouses, you fall into this scenario too! Create a "family culture" of fitness within your home and watch your children blossom in their own lives. Families with really young children can start this culture between spouses and as your children grow, you can bring them into the healthy fold. Want some ideas?

  • Family Meal Prep: Involve the kids in the prepping and cooking of your family meals
  • Family Workouts: Go on walks together, do a mini circuit workout in your living room or at the park, etc.
  • Family Goal Setting: Decide where you want to take your health and fitness, write it down and share with each other for that extra accountability and support

Your “Family Culture” can be whatever you desire – How about one where health and wellness are purposely pursued?
