If there's one thing mamas (and humans!) today need to do, it's SLOW DOWN. With chronic illness, stress, and anxiety and depression on the rise, it's no secret it's partially due to the fact that we, as humans, do not unplug and unwind as much as we once did. With social media and technology hardly letting our minds (and our eyes and hands!) rest, a perfect way to find grounding, peace, and a little quiet among the chaos is to meditate.
